HYDMECH got its start over three decades ago from the vision of one man, Stan Jasinski, a Polish-born immigrant to Canada and engineer. Frustrated by his inability to find a saw suited to his needs, Stan set out to create his own mitering saw. His innovative solution first caught the attention of users and machine dealers in his area of Southwestern Ontario, though it didn’t take long for HYDMECH to gain a following around the world thanks in large part to its range of products and innovations like swing-head versatility with its scissor-style saws.
