direction handwheel allows user to feed cutter through an eccentric path
creating
a precision weld joint with one quick pass, saving you time and money.
• Operator adjusted eccentric path requires only one new or resharpened
cutter to notch weld
joints on tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1.00"
to 3.00". This unique feature
means the Model 800 tooling cost savings are ongoing. Notching under 1.00"
achieved by
installing optional .50" cutter and adapter bushing for notches
up to 1.00".
• Cross slide table, angle vise, and V-jaws can be independently
calibrated allowing accurate positioning of straight, angled (up to 60°
in both directions), or offset notches.
• Most change-overs from one diameter to another can be accomplished
quickly and efficiently, saving you time and money.
• Eccentric cut can be used to plunge or cut holes through tubing
wall or used for applications
that require perfect weld joints to connect passage ways for air or fluids,
reducing the need for
expensive tees and elbows.

• 1.00" roughing cutter, good for notching outer diameters from
1.00" to 3.00" (optional cutter and adapter bushing for .50"
to 1.00" OD applications.)
• Electric motor couples to gear reducer operates using 110V, 15
amp, single phase.
• Ruggedly built stand with large wheels and casters aloows for fast
and easy mobilization.
• Cross slide table for accurate positioning.
• Calibrated swivel vise for angle positioning.
• V-block vise design maintains same centre point for all diameters.
• Adjustable V-block jaw for offset notches.
• Lexan and sheet metal guarding (guarding must always be in place
during operation.)
