Straighteners
The Mecon straightener is a seven roll machine, meant to remove coil set. The 3 top rolls are independently adjustable, with graduated readouts.
A variable
speed motor drives the four bottom rolls.
Rolls are hardened and ground to insure a smooth durable finish.
Lubrication points are lead to the front of the machine to allow easy
access. Machines include a loop control system, 2-roll exit catenary,
and bolt down side guide rolls.
Options include:
Automatic or centralized lubrication systems.
Upgraded drives for heavy materials, or high speed.
Upgraded loop control systems.
Increased number of straightening rolls for increased flatness.
