Coil Cars

Coil Cars are combined with an uncoiler. They speed up coil to coil
change over time by having the next coil ready to load as the one on
the uncoiler is completed.

Optional rotating top allows the coil to be loaded from another direction
onto the coil car then rotated to line the inside diameter up with
the uncoiler spindle.
