The new SOCO ATM-19 is a 5 axis CNC Tube and Wire manufacturing line can combine different
working processes for a complete Production Cell. The processes include:
1. Uncoiling
2. Straightening
3. Bending
4. End Forming
5. Cutting
This Production Cell can work with tubes up to O.D.19mm in copper and O.D.8mm in wire; Min. O.D.
capacity is 4mm both tube and wire.
Equipped with SOCO’s unique DGT technology (Direct Gear Transmission) is the worldwide patented
bending system that offering the highest accuracy and repeatability in bending.
It includes built-in the SOCO proprietary software and operation interface, with an Industrial PC (IPC) +
Touch Screen, Bending interference and Collision simulator and many other control and software
features
This Production Cell is especially designed for the production of small and medium diameter tubing and
wire, and is widely used in industries such as Automotive Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration
Systems and Home Air-Conditioning.
