Rapid-Air has redesigned and simplified its entire servo feed line employing innovative, new manufacturing techniques to bring you the lowest cost, highest quality, lowest maintenance servo line ever.

Rugged and compact.
Rapid-Air servo feeds are built rock solid to withstand constant high-speed use in a metal stamping environment. One-piece construction (no screws or dowel pins) offers a rigid assembly for better long term alignment and feeding accuracy. The drive motor is protected and all air circuit cavities and pneumatic operating pistons for roll release and pressure are housed inside the feed rather than exposing components like cylinders, hoses and valves.
Precision drive for optimum performance.
Both the upper and lower feed rolls can be driven (standard on 200 and 300 series, available on 100 and MiniServo series) to precisely control positioning accuracy. The no-lube gear train and sealed bearings mean reduced maintenance.
Mechanical and air pilot release.
Air pilot release and mechanical pilot release are available on 100D series. Air pilot release standard on 200 and 300 series.
Feed roll system designed for high traction and positive control of stock gripping pressure.
The feed rolls are manually adjustable two ways. One, sets the amount of roll pressure applied to the stock, another provides eccentric adjustment for the upper roll, so you can not only vary the gripping force, but also maintain exact feed roll parallelism. Both are big pluses in eliminating feed induced camber and minimizing marking.

Sophisticated, yet easy to use, smart operating programs, controls and interfacing capabilities are made possible by advanced electronics. Our proprietary software can be utilized for a broad spectrum of press feeding applications, plus specialized operating programs can be implemented at any time.
