The Dual Strip Servo Feed is a unique Rapid-Air design which allows an operator to feed two differing strips of material or wire at the same time with separate, exacting control. Both upper rolls are driven by an independent gear box, in synchronization with the lower roll, gripping materials of varied thicknesses with incredible accuracy.
Operators can achieve higher speeds, less material marring and drastically increased production rates.
All Dual Strip Servo Feeds feature an air pilot release, air pressure down or individually adjustable spring pressure, and the patented driven upper and lower roll design.
Machine models are engineered to accommodate two strips of different material widths and thicknesses simultaneously, with maximum material thickness of .100 inches (2.54 mm), and a strip width from 1.75 inches (44.5 mm) (DS201S models) up to 9.25 inches (235.0 mm) (DS209S models).
Dual Strip Servo Feeds are ideal for precise feeding of wire stock too, when equipped with Rapid-Air grooved rollers.
