Special Features:
The frame is heavy welded steel construction, the end frame and base are welded separately, the base is welded firstly then the end frame.
The three rolls are manufactured of forged steel then thru high frequency heat treated to specification. HRC 45˚. All roll shafts are journalled in spherical roller bearings, which keep friction losses to a minimum.
Equipped with an easily read LED indicator for indicating the position of rear roll. The rear roll is lifted by hydraulic operation.
Hydraulically operated top roll drop end can be opened for removal of finished cylinder.
