The hydraulic power pack comes with block hydraulics, to minimize hoses and connections. Extremely reliable and precise REXROTH or VICKERS or BOSCH valves are used. The pump is very quiet and the large tank comes with an oil level indicator, temperature gauge and oil filter. The cylinders are double acting to ensure high reliability and safety.
The stopping accuracy and consistency of the beam is achieved by a simple mechanical system of adjustable positive stops including manual version (analog readout) or motorized (LED display) stop adjustments.
Electrical components are in accordance with the DIN or ISO standard. The machine is fitted with many Telemecanique components with good overload protection and reliability. The parts are easily obtainable throughout the world.
