Service Co-ordinator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

  • Understanding customer requirements and providing service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Process service requests, follow-up and necessary administration
  • Sourcing and ordering parts
  • Issusing P.O's for suppliers
  • Follow-up parts tracking
  • Ensuring adequate parts are in stock
  • Part shipping, packing and repacking
  • Administration of warranty issues
  • Upsell products to existing customers
  • Developing policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • 3 years related experince
  • Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to read parts and exploded view drawings
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • Must possess a sense of urgency in order to meet customer deadlines and commitments
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive supplier and customer relationships
  • Proven ability to multi-task and problem solve is essential
